RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS FOR EXEMPTION FROM TRADE REMEDY MEASURES IN MARCH 2023 NOTIFICATION

Pursuant to Point c, Clause 1, Article 16 of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT dated November 29, 2019 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade detailing a number of contents on trade remedies, the Trade Remedies Department (PVTM) requests businesses that meet the exemption conditions to submit applications for exemption from applying trade remedies in specific cases listed in the appendix attached to the Notice.

The Trade Remedies Department recommends that businesses that meet the exemption conditions submit an application for exemption from trade remedies, including documents specified in Article 14 and Appendix 03 of Circular No. 37/ 2019/TT-BCT.

Note: In case an enterprise that has been granted an exemption for 2023 is about to use up the granted exemption volume, the enterprise can submit an additional exemption dossier as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 16 of Circular No. 37. /2019/TT-BCT at any time in 2023.

Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 16 of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT, businesses are requested to send their exemption request documents to the online public service portal at the address: https://dichvucong.moit.gov. vn or go to the Trade Defense Department before 5:00 p.m. March 31, 2023.
